10 Toners Recipes for Oily Skins

Some of you might not be familiar with the toner. Basically, it is a liquid you should use after cleansing your face. Its benefits are such that it shrinks the pores and tightens the skin, it helps in reducing the oiliness of the skin, it improves the overall skin texture, and it can prevent ingrown hairs. Also, it removes the dead cells, it restores the pH balance of the skin, and it is an instant refresher for the skin. In this article, I will share with you 10 different recipes for oily skins toners.

White vinegar

Mix water with white vinegar in equal quantities. Then put some of the lotion on a cotton pad and wipe you face with it.

Mint leaves

Infuse some mint leaves in hot water, then leave it until the solution cools down, then you can wipe your face with it.

Aloe vera

Squeeze out pure aloe vera juice and apply on the face. This works as a great toner for the skin, it also cures sunburns and rashes.

Cucumber & curd

Grate a fresh cucumber and mix it with curd. Apply this mixture on the face and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes.

Camphor & rose water

Mix a pinch of camphor with rose water and apply this solution on the face 3-4 times a day.

Ice cold water

One of the simplest toners to use is ice-cold water or ice cubes. Wipe the ice cubes on the face after cleansing.

Rose water

Apply rose water on your face daily.

Lemon juice

Apply pure lemon juice or rub the lemon’s peel on the face. This lotion will lighten your skin complexion and also makes it oil-free.

Egg white

Extract egg white from an egg and apply it on the face for few minutes everyday.

Tomato juice

Extract tomato juice and mix it with organic honey in equal proportions. Make a thick paste and apply it on your face for 15 minutes.
